Grand Regency Day

A Jane Austen–Inspired Celebration

JASNA–Greater Louisville invites you to attend Grand Regency Day, celebrating all things
Austen at the historic Pendennis Club in Louisville, Kentucky.

The day begins with a luncheon and featured speaker, Alden O’Brien, recently retired
curator of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) costume collection in
Washington, DC. Her talk, “Shocking Regency Fashions,” will be delightful and surprising.

Guests will enjoy an afternoon of shopping at The Milsom Street Shops, showcasing distinctive
vendors in the beautifully hand‑painted wallpapered rooms of the Pendennis Club.

An afternoon dance practice will take place, followed by dinner and the evening’s highlight,
