We will be holding our Annual General Planning Meeting on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 11:00 – 12:30.

Jan Lewis is running for Secretary
Victoria Hackworth is running for Treasurer
There have been no other nominations of candidates for these offices.
Please confirm if you plan to be there in person by responding to the email you have received.
For a quorum, we need to have 25 people in attendance.
You will also be receiving a ballot link from Melanie Hayden. For those unable to attend, please respond “yes” or “no” to the candidates. We need to have the ballots returned by August 27.
We look forward to seeing all of you at the meeting, we will announce the planned events for the rest of 2026 and the beginning of 2027. They will also be posted on the web site.
